Bertsch–Oceanview is a census-designated place in Del Norte County, California, situated immediately east of Crescent City. Home to approximately twenty-two hundred residents, the community's territory includes the Elk Valley Rancheria, a federally recognized Tolowa and Yurok Indian reservation. Due to its proximity to the coast, residents enjoy scenic ocean views and easy access to Redwood National and State Parks. Local education is managed by the Del Norte County Unified School District.
