Blue Diamond, NV

Blue Diamond is a Clark County census-designated place at Cottonwood Spring, a watering place on the Old Spanish Trail and later Mormon Road between Mountain Springs and Las Vegas Springs. Travelers used the spring as a break before climbing toward Mountain Springs Pass, and the site still gives the community a historic local landmark. Blue Diamond is a southern Nevada place where a spring, a desert route, and the Spring Mountains meet on the same map.
