Boxley is a tiny rural community of around 100 people in western Hamilton County, surrounded by quiet central Indiana farmland. Founded in the 1830s by the sons of George Boxley, an outspoken abolitionist whose historic log cabin still stands as the area's oldest building, the village has deep ties to early Quaker settlers. Today, it offers peaceful country living with wide-open fields, while still keeping towns like Sheridan and Westfield within an easy drive.
