Bradford, RI

Bradford is a quiet, historic village situated along the Pawcatuck River in northern Westerly, Rhode Island. Home to about 1,500 people, the neighborhood grew around a 19th-century textile mill and retains much of its old-fashioned New England charm, featuring riverside views and classic worker cottages. Since Bradford is part of the larger town of Westerly, local kids attend Westerly Public Schools, and residents share all of the town's municipal services. Daily life here is calm and residential, but a quick drive down Bradford Road brings you straight to downtown Westerly for grocery shopping, restaurants, healthcare, and the Amtrak station.
