Browerville, MN

Browerville is a Todd County city on U.S. Highway 71, near the Long Prairie River and in the central Minnesota country tied to Itasca State Park's early history. The city was platted in 1882 and named for Jacob V. Brower, a Todd County official and conservationist associated with Itasca State Park and Minnesota's early state-park system. The Long Prairie River, Eagle Creek, and Harris Creek shape the land around town, while Highway 71 points north and south through central Minnesota.

Christ the King Catholic Church is known for Joseph Kiselewski's stone grotto sculptures, Christ Prays in Gethsemane and Comforting Angel, presented to the church in 1932.
