Campbelltown is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, situated east of Hershey within the Harrisburg metropolitan area. First settled by Scotch-Irish and German Palatinate immigrants seeking religious and political freedom, the community of approximately 6,092 lies at the intersection of U.S. Route 322 and State Route 117. Public education for the area is served by the Palmyra Area School District.
