Centerville is tucked neatly between the rugged Wasatch Mountains and the Great Salt Lake, just about twelve miles north of downtown Salt Lake City. True to its name, the community was established in the mid-nineteenth century right midway between Bountiful and Farmington. The layout is simple and easy to get the hang of. Up the slope, Freedom Hills Park provides a popular disc golf course and dedicated equestrian paths.
