Central Park, WA

Located just east of Aberdeen along Highway 12, Central Park is a quiet, leafy community in Grays Harbor County. Home to around 2,800 residents, the neighborhood sits in a scenic stretch of the Chehalis River valley surrounded by evergreen hills. It offers a spread-out, semi-rural atmosphere where you can find larger lots and plenty of trees, all while staying minutes away from the amenities of the greater Aberdeen area.

Daily life here revolves around easy access to the highway and neighboring towns. Local children attend schools in the Aberdeen School District, including Central Park Elementary right in the neighborhood. Commuters appreciate being positioned directly on U.S. 12, which makes for a quick drive west to Aberdeen and Hoquiam for shopping, dining, and coastal harbor jobs, or east toward Montesano and Olympia. It provides a comfortable, relaxed home base surrounded by classic Pacific Northwest scenery.
