Chadbourn, NC

Chadbourn is a quiet town in southeastern North Carolina's Columbus County, sitting just a few miles north of the South Carolina state line. The town got its start in the late 1800s around local lumber mills and railroad lines, eventually growing into a busy market center for tobacco, timber, and strawberries. Today, life here moves at a relaxed pace, with peaceful residential roads, historic buildings downtown, and working farmland stretching out in every direction.
