Cheverly is a residential town in Prince George's County, Maryland, located just east of the Washington, D.C. border. Founded in 1918 and incorporated in 1931, the residential tree-shaded community of approximately 6,100 borders Bladensburg and Landover. The town features several municipal green spaces, including Bellamy Park, and is zoned within the Prince George's County Public Schools system, with nearby access to the Cheverly Metro station.
