Citronelle, AL

Citronelle is a city situated on the northern border of Mobile County, Alabama, approximately thirty-four miles north of the city of Mobile. Forming part of the Mobile metropolitan area, the community lies in a pine-forested region historically inhabited by indigenous peoples for thousands of years. Today Citronelle serves as a residential residential enclave, and local children are educated in schools operated by the Mobile County Public School System.
