Clearview is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Snohomish County, Washington, situated along State Route 9 between Snohomish and Woodinville. Established on logged timberland originally belonging to pioneer Isaac Cathcart, the residential neighborhood of approximately 3,300 was platted in 1913 by developer Clarence Dayton Hillman. Today, the community features rural acreage, residential estates, and is served by the Snohomish School District.
