Cocoa, FL

Cocoa is a Brevard County city on the Indian River Lagoon, west of Cocoa Beach and close to the Space Coast's launch and aerospace economy. It is not the beach town, but it benefits from being near the beaches, Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and the mainland side of the lagoon. Historic Cocoa Village gives the city a compact downtown with shops, restaurants, and riverfront access. Cocoa feels like an older mainland Space Coast community with water views and regional connections in every direction.
