About Coolidge
Coolidge is a town in Limestone County, Texas, United States, established in 1903. The 2020 census counted 778 residents. Coolidge was established in 1903 by the Trinity and Brazos Valley Railway of Texas, as it was laying down rail between Hillsboro and Mexia. The same rail line was also responsible for the growth of nearby Tehuacana, itself established in 1847. In Coolidge, history and present-day settings sit close enough to belong to the same local picture. The map tells the story in Coolidge, where earlier chapters remain visible in current streets, buildings, and gathering places.
