Cornwall, PA

Cornwall is a quiet community of about 4,600 people in Lebanon County, sitting just a few miles south of Lebanon. It started back in the 1700s as a major iron-mining hub, and you can still see that past in the preserved stone cottages and historic furnace grounds. Today, it has settled into a relaxed, peaceful place to live, surrounded by open farmland and wooded hills.

For newcomers, Cornwall offers a nice balance of small-town calm and everyday convenience. The Lebanon Valley Rail Trail cuts right through town, giving walkers and cyclists miles of paved pathways through the countryside. Commuters have a straightforward drive to jobs and entertainment in Hershey, Lancaster, and Harrisburg, while local schools and quiet residential streets make it appealing for families and retirees alike. It is an easygoing spot with a lot of character and plenty of room to breathe.
