Covington is an incorporated village in Miami County, Ohio, operating within the Dayton metropolitan area along the Stillwater River and Greenville Creek. Incorporated in 1835 on the site of 1793 Fort Rowdy, the agricultural and industrial trade community of approximately 2,596 is served by the Covington Exempted Village School District locally.
