About Croton-on-Hudson

Croton-on-Hudson is a Westchester County village where the Croton River meets the Hudson River. The area was part of the 1697 Manor of Cortlandt, and the Croton River later became central to New York City's water system through the Croton Aqueduct. Today Croton Landing, riverfront parks, Metro-North access, and wooded hills give the village a strong Hudson Valley feel. Croton-on-Hudson is commuter-friendly, but it also feels scenic and self-contained, with water, history, and village life all close at hand.
