Delta is a village in Madison Parish, Louisiana, United States. The 2020 census counted 232 residents. Delta is part of the Tallulah Micropolitan Statistical Area. Delta is a site on the Louisiana African American Heritage Trail. As the birthplace of African-American entrepreneur Madam C. Walker, the first American woman to become a millionaire by her own business achievements, Delta has been included as one of 26 sites on the Louisiana African American Heritage Trail.
