Perched on the north slope of Pikes Peak at over 9,000 feet, Divide is a quiet mountain community that gets its name from sitting right on the ridge between the South Platte and Arkansas river basins. Home to just a few hundred residents, it offers a relaxed, rural lifestyle surrounded by thick pine forests and wide-open mountain views. Mueller State Park sits right in the town's backyard, while everyday shopping in Woodland Park and the broader Colorado Springs area remain an easy drive down Highway 24.
