Eagle Point, OR

Eagle Point is a southern Oregon city north of Medford, in the Rogue Valley. Its name comes from a rocky cliff that was once a favored nesting place for eagles in the mid-19th century. The city sits near TouVelle State Recreation Site and the upper Rogue River area, giving it access to fishing, hiking, and valley scenery. Eagle Point feels like a small residential city with rural edges, close enough to Medford for jobs and services but more open and outdoors-oriented.
