East Uniontown, PA

East Uniontown is a Fayette County CDP on Uniontown's eastern edge, extending into North Union and South Union townships. Uniontown, the county seat, borders it to the northwest, so the place is easiest to understand as part of the county-seat map, not a separate borough. South Union Township was formed from Union Township in 1851, while Uniontown itself separated from Union Township in 1796.
