Eastview, TN

Eastview is a quiet McNairy County community sitting just south of Selmer, right where Highway 45 crosses Highway 57 near the Mississippi border. The town got its name in 1927 when the Littlejohn family built an east-facing house and gas station along the roadside. Officially incorporated in 1967, it has held onto a relaxed, spread-out feel that stretches along the highway corridor.

Daily life here still centers around that main crossroads. Eastview operates its own civic center and local water utility, while neighboring Selmer handles most of the everyday shopping, dining, and school routines. With Corinth, Mississippi, only a short drive to the south, the area appeals to anyone looking for affordable rural living with easy commutes to neighboring towns.
