El Dorado, KS

Located about thirty miles northeast of Wichita along the Walnut River, El Dorado offers a classic small-city feel with an easy commute to the metro area. Home to around 13,000 people, the town grew rapidly after a major oil boom in the early 1900s, which shaped its historic architecture and established its long-standing energy roots.
