About Elkhorn

Elkhorn is a city and the county seat of Walworth County, Wisconsin, located forty miles southwest of Milwaukee. Founded by early settlers Daniel Bradley, Milo Bradley, and LeGrand Rockwell, the community of approximately 10,200 has hosted the historic six-day Walworth County Fair at the local fairgrounds annually since 1851. Public education for local families is provided by the Elkhorn Area School District.
