About Estacada

Estacada is a city in Clackamas County, Oregon, located thirty miles southeast of Portland along the Clackamas River. Originally established in 1904 as a construction camp for workers building a hydroelectric dam to supply electricity to Portland, the community of approximately 5,200 is surrounded by commercial timberlands. Zoned within the Estacada School District, the town is adjacent to Milo McIver State Park.
