Eubank, KY

Eubank is a quiet community of around 400 residents in south-central Kentucky, sitting right on the border between Pulaski and Lincoln counties. Most of the town lies in Pulaski County, with a small slice crossing over the county line to the north. Highway 27 runs along the eastern edge of town, making it easy to head fourteen miles south to Somerset for major shopping, restaurants, and medical centers, or eighteen miles north to Stanford. The community gets its name from Joseph Eubank, an early settler who traveled through the Cumberland Gap with Daniel Boone in the late 1700s.

Originally incorporated in 1886 as a stop along the Cincinnati Southern Railroad, Eubank has shifted from a train depot into a peaceful, rural crossroads. It is a great spot for buyers looking for affordable property and a relaxed pace of life while staying within a short drive of regional jobs. For families, Eubank Elementary serves the Pulaski County side of town, while older students attend the nearby county middle and high schools. With direct highway access and Lake Cumberland just a short trip south, Eubank provides a simple, welcoming small-town atmosphere.
