Fairfax is a quiet prairie town of around a thousand people in south-central Minnesota, tucked into Renville County near the scenic Minnesota River Valley. Sitting at the crossroads of Highways 4 and 19, it offers a classic rural lifestyle surrounded by wide-open farmland.
