Falcon Heights is a city in Ramsey County, Minnesota, operating as a residential suburb of Saint Paul. Incorporated in 1949, the community of approximately 5,085 is home to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds and the St. Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota. Public education is administered by the Roseville Area Public Schools district.
