Fallston, PA

Tucked along the west bank of the Beaver River, Fallston is one of Beaver County’s smallest boroughs. Sitting right across the water from New Brighton and just downriver from Beaver Falls, the community is shaped by steep, wooded bluffs that rise straight up from the shoreline. The town originally grew around the rushing falls that powered early nineteenth-century mills, leaving behind a rich riverside history and a distinctive, narrow footprint along the valley.

These days, Fallston is a quiet residential enclave where the river remains a central feature of daily life. Boaters appreciate having the Beaver Valley Yacht Club right in town, while the bridge to New Brighton makes errands, dining, and commuting simple and quick. With local students attending the New Brighton Area School District, Fallston offers a tucked-away, scenic setting that keeps you connected to neighboring river towns.
