Farley, KY

Farley is a McCracken County census-designated place in the Paducah metro, pressed between the city of Paducah to the northwest and the Tennessee River to the northeast. The 2020 census counted 4,374 residents, down from 4,701 in 2010. The Tennessee joins the Ohio River less than a mile north of the CDP, so Farley's local geography is defined by a major river junction while the community remains mostly residential and road-based. The CDP includes the unincorporated communities of Woodlawn and Oakdale, giving the name Farley a wider neighborhood map than a single town center.

Paducah supplies nearby stores, services, and regional connections, while roads run south and east toward the river country. The surrounding lowlands keep the river close in view.
