Farmington is a tiny, peaceful town of around 130 people in eastern Washington, right against the Idaho border. Founded in the late 1800s as a supply hub for local timber and farming operations, the town has long been tied to the surrounding wheat country. Today, it offers an unhurried lifestyle set against the rolling hills of the Palouse, with wide-open skies and quiet residential streets.
