Fayetteville, GA

Fayetteville is the county seat of Fayette County, about 22 miles south of downtown Atlanta. Founded in the early 1800s, it still has a courthouse-town center, but its modern identity is tied just as much to metro Atlanta growth and the film industry. Trilith Studios, originally developed with Pinewood Group, helped make the area a major production hub. Fayetteville feels like a historic small Southern city that has been pulled into Atlanta's orbit without losing its own civic center.
