Firth, ID

Firth is a quiet farming community tucked along the eastern bank of the Snake River in eastern Idaho. Originally settled by Swedish immigrants in the late 1800s, the town took shape after local landowner Lorenzo J. Firth donated property for a railroad station and water tank. Today, it remains a peaceful rural town surrounded by fertile farmland, open fields, and clear views of the Blackfoot Mountains to the east.

With a population of just over 500, Firth gives you a true small-town atmosphere where neighbors genuinely look out for each other. U.S. Route 91 runs right through the center of town, putting residents only 15 minutes from Blackfoot and about 20 minutes from Idaho Falls.
