Foster is a quiet rural community tucked away in southern Garvin County, home to just a couple hundred people. It got its start in the late 1800s as a frontier settlement, but today it is the kind of peaceful spot where you can enjoy wide-open Oklahoma skies, rolling ranch land, and virtually zero traffic.
