Franklin, MI

Franklin is a historic village in Oakland County, Michigan, operating as a northwestern suburb of Detroit. Founded in 1825 and named after Benjamin Franklin, the community of approximately 2,554 is known for its estate-style homes and the historic Franklin Cider Mill. Public education for local students is served by the Birmingham Public Schools district.
