About Fraser

Fraser is a city in southern Macomb County, Michigan, located approximately fifteen miles northeast of downtown Detroit. Bounded by a square grid of major roads including 15 Mile and Kelly Road, the residential community of approximately 14,600 was incorporated in 1894 and named after Detroit attorney Alexander J. Fraser. The city is served by its own public school district, Fraser Public Schools, which consistently performs well on state assessments.
