Fruitdale, AL

Fruitdale is a census-designated place and unincorporated community in Washington County, Alabama, with a population of 175 at the 2020 census. Fruitdale High School serves K-12 students in the area. In November 2022 the community was struck by an EF3 tornado, causing substantial damage to the settlement and surrounding area.
