Gallaway is a Fayette County city in western Tennessee, with 528 residents in the 2020 census. It was incorporated in 1869 and sits along U.S. Routes 70 and 79, about five miles southwest of Braden and four miles northeast of Arlington. The Loosahatchie River flows east to west through the southern part of the city, tying Gallaway to the wider river and bottomland network north of Memphis.
