Gateway, AK

Gateway is a census-designated place in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, part of the Anchorage metro area and tied closely to the Wasilla-Palmer growth corridor. It is not really a town with a traditional civic center; it is better understood as a residential Mat-Su community where roads, subdivisions, mountain views, and access to nearby services matter most.
