Genoa City is a village on the Illinois-Wisconsin border in Kenosha and Walworth counties, Wisconsin. Platted in 1850 by James Dickerson and named after the town of Genoa, New York, the residential and farming community of approximately 2,942 is served by the Genoa City Joint Two School District for public primary education locally.
