Originally developed in the late 1960s, the neighborhood centers on a scenic 400-acre lake with over ten miles of shoreline, complemented by several smaller fishing ponds and quiet wooded lots. Around five hundred full-time residents share the water with seasonal cabin owners, enjoying boating, swimming, and fishing throughout the warmer months.
