About Grandview

Grandview is a city in Yakima County, Washington, situated in the fertile Yakima Valley midway between Yakima and the Tri-Cities. Named in 1905 for its panoramic views of Mount Rainier and Mount Adams, the community of approximately 11,200 was incorporated in 1909. The city's economy is heavily based on agriculture and food processing, supporting regional production of Concord grapes, apples, hops, and cherries.
