Grayson is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Stanislaus County, California, situated at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Tuolumne rivers. Founded in 1850 by Mexican-American War veteran Andrew Jackson Grayson as a steamboat landing, the agricultural community of approximately 1,182 is served by the Patterson Joint Unified School District locally today.
