Greenville, CA

Tucked into the northwestern corner of Plumas County's scenic Indian Valley, Greenville is a small Sierra Nevada mountain town with deep roots. Long before Gold Rush prospectors set up shop in the 1850s, the Mountain Maidu called this lush valley home. In 2021, the Dixie Fire swept through Greenville, destroying much of the historic downtown and many homes throughout the valley. Since then, the town has poured its energy into rebuilding from the ground up.
