Hadley is a Murray County city along Minnesota State Highway 30, beside Summit Lake and five miles west of Slayton. Grain farming, Hadley Farmer’s Elevator Company, Hadley Steel, and Pavlis Auction & Realty give the town an agricultural working base. The community center hosts gatherings, Camp Summit provides camping, and the Hadley Buttermakers play summer amateur baseball at Laurie Mahon Memorial Field.
