Set along the northern edge of Buckeye Lake in southern Licking County, Harbor Hills is a quiet community of around 1,500 residents. First developed in the 1920s as a lakeside retreat, the neighborhood still keeps that relaxed vibe, anchored by its long-standing golf course and scenic water views.
