Harbor Isle, NY

Harbor Isle is a small waterfront enclave on Long Island’s South Shore, situated on a peninsula just across from Island Park. Home to around 1,400 people, the neighborhood has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere where many properties sit right on the canals and channels. Residents enjoy easy access to boating, paddleboarding, and fishing, along with a peaceful local town beach right on the water.

Students attend Island Park schools for elementary and middle school before heading to Long Beach High School. The community itself is almost entirely residential, but the lively restaurants, boardwalk, and ocean beaches of Long Beach are only a short drive across the bridge. With the Long Island Rail Road nearby in Island Park providing a direct ride into Manhattan, it is a great spot for commuters who want a coastal lifestyle.
