Hayti is a small, quiet neighborhood in Valley Township, located just west of Coatesville. Established in the 1880s as an African American settlement, the community has a rich local history centered around landmarks like Passtown Baptist Church and the preserved 1923 Passtown Elementary School. Today, residents get a calm residential setting along with Coatesville services and schools. It is a peaceful spot to settle down, offering easy access to Route 30 and the surrounding Chester County countryside.
