Located in South Carolina’s Pee Dee region, Hemingway is a quiet Williamsburg County town where life moves at an easy, unhurried pace. The community took off in the early 1900s when Dr. W.C. Hemingway helped bring in a railroad depot, turning a simple country crossroads into a trade hub for local timber and family farms.
