Hickory Corners, MI

Hickory Corners is a small, picturesque community nestled among the rolling hills and lakes of Barry County in southwestern Michigan. Home to around two hundred residents, the town gets its name from a prominent hickory tree marked by surveyors back in the 1830s. Early settlers soon established homesteads near Lawrence Lake, adding general stores, blacksmith shops, and a schoolhouse that anchored the crossroads. Today, that historic, close-knit rural character remains very much intact.

Everyday life here moves at a relaxed pace surrounded by open skies and quiet country roads.
